Good vet. We go there for our cat. The vet is taking time to check, analyse and explain. So each time we are reassured and they also send text to follow up and make sure that treatment is working. Which is really appreciated. I recommend.

Dr Audrey is a very experience vet who is patient in explaining to us about our little Mochi. Very professional and customer oriented, she knows how to alleviate our worries and help impart knowledge. Very friendly front desk as well. Can tell all are animal lovers! Great job team!

My dog started vomiting followed by severe diarrhoea. He also refused to eat his meals for the last 24 hours. I called my regular vets and both fully booked. Despite no appointment and was told they were full booked, Mt Pleasant East was kind enough to accept us as walk-in. DR Joel is professional and patiently attend to my dog and explain his condition to me. The staff are very helpful too. Charges reasonable.Highly recommended and would definitely visit them for my furkids.

My mini labradoodle, Toffee , she has liver problem & her liver blood test showed an abnormal range for mths ! We have been going to Mt Pleasant East , Dr Sarah Wong , for liver treatment , daily liver supplements , drip etc ! We also heard abt Dr Dawn Wong’s acupuncture treatment, Toffee went for few sessions of acupuncture. We also changed her diet from homecooked food to royal canin hepatic dry food for dogs . Today , we did a liver blood test again. The test showed her liver is back to normal range ! Thank u , Dr Sarah Wong & Dr Dawn Wong , for saving Toffee ! 中西合并 truly works !

Last week I brought my dog who was bitten by another dog and was bleeding profusely near the eye. I was so scared something bad happen and they immediately rushed my pup in to see the vet. Thankfully it wasn't so serious but the professionalism and fast action really made all the difference. Thank you Dr. Lin

UNETHICAL , DISHONEST. .If i could give my experience as zero stars i would . I was over charged by far for unnecessary tests. and upon complaining , waived away , and disregarded . Anyone who wants details of my experience can request to friend me to my facebook and see details of my experience . I have asked AVA to investigate and believe , such dishonest practices , will run this business to ground .

I have been bringing my furbabies here for more than a decade. The dedicated team have always treated my furbabies extremely well and provided nothing but the best care. I honestly cannot thank them enough for the work that they do!
